Hello! I’m Athina, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I’m passionate about helping people feel more balanced, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered around you. I believe the best care happens when we work together to understand your unique story and find practical, sustainable ways to support your well-being. Whether that includes medication management, therapy, or lifestyle changes, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and cared for.
My goal is to help you rediscover hope, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling, peaceful life.
