I am a grounded and compassionate clinician who believes healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and safe. Growing up in a military family and spending decades in first responder roles as a flight medic, deputy sheriff, and firefighter have taught me how deeply connection, trust, and stability shape our emotional lives—especially in environments where vulnerability feels costly. I bring that understanding into the room through a warm, attuned, trauma-informed approach that helps clients reconnect with themselves and with the people who matter most. I value authenticity, clear communication, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to helping each person build secure foundations, navigate painful patterns, and experience greater resilience, steadiness, and connection.
My expertise is in child and adolescent anxiety reduction, OCD, autism and ADHD. My goal is to provide education to kids and their parents about anxiety and related and co-occurring conditions. I also frequently treat phobias, separation anxiety, emotion regulation issues, school refusal, learning disabilities, trauma, giftedness and 2e.
I am also experienced in helping adults and children navigate issues related to divorce including coparenting, custody planning, divorce navigation from considering separation (discernment) through divorce mediation/proceedings to post judgment. I also have expertise in helping adults navigate post separation abuse, domestic violence and coercive control.

I believe deeply in the power of connection, healing, and human resilience. I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of life’s hardest seasons.
What motivates me the most in this work is how meaningful change and healing can occur when a person feels truly seen, supported, and valued. I’ve witnessed incredible strength in the face of hardship. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to show up and do the work. It’s sacred work, and I’m grateful every day to be doing it.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in stress and anxiety disorders, mood concerns, and LGBT-issues.
