Hello! I am Kimberly, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in KY, ID, and FL. I enjoy reading, nature, and traveling for fun. I pride myself on being genuine and easy to talk to. I am open-minded and non-judgmental. I believe that therapy should be treatment and not spinning our wheels while getting nowhere. I want to help you feel better. As your therapist I will teach you skills and help you understand yourself better so that you can become happier! I look forward to working with you to help meet your needs. My schedule is flexible so you may message me to request a time outside the shown availability
I’m so glad you’re here. Navigating through adulthood comes with unique obstacles, especially in an era that we are saturated with social media, which keeps us connected, yet simultaneously challenges authentic connection.
Whether you’re exploring your identity, seeking affirming relationships, struggling with communication, facing societal pressures, or working through past experiences, I want you to know that you are seen, you are valued, and you are supported.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy; I tailor therapy to your needs. I am well-acquainted with Psychodynamic Therapy, and am receiving ongoing training in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy. I specialize in Anxiety, Trauma, Phobias, OCD, BPD and Relationship issues.
My practice is an inclusive and affirming space where you can bring your full self—without fear of judgment. You deserve to be heard, understood and valued. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. Let’s work together to help you create a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and true to who you are.
I believe that your lived experiences are valid and essential for our work together. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image issues, and also treat depression and anxiety. Foundational to my work are the principles of bodily autonomy, Health At Every Size (HAES®), harm reduction, social justice, and compassion.
As a therapist, I empower people who are trying to heal from a variety of issues -- substance use problems and recovery, past trauma or childhood family dysfunction, relationship troubles, mental health disorders or symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or trouble adjusting to life changes. My background is working with people dealing with substance use disorders and past trauma, homelessness and incarceration, as well as providing mental health therapy services for all ages.
I offer Telehealth services. I provide a practical approach to therapy that focuses on integrating mind and body connection. I believe the best way to heal is to embrace our uniqueness and live from a place of creativity. I work with my clients on how to self-regulate, trust their intuition, and release trauma in the body so they can make room for more life!
I’m John Moletress, an LGBTQ+ identified (he/they) therapist. Before moving into private practice, I was a somatic psychotherapist working with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults in Denver, Colorado at a community mental health clinic. I practice psychotherapy through a mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, attachment-based, social justice-oriented, and relational lens.
I am a mother of 4, a wife, and a 21yr active army veteran. I enjoy helping people in many capacities from mental health, life coaching, real estate consulting, and community service. So, if you are ready to embark on this journey, allow me to accompany you as a sounding board and guide. I’ll bring my compass and I can't wait to meet you.
