Hi, I'm Stef. I work with adults, new parents, and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and generational trauma.
Welcome! As a clinician who specializes in autism, dementia, and chronic health conditions, I believe in creating a safe and affirming space. I am certified as both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am fortunate to have many years of experience both working with individuals as well as supporting parents/caregivers.
Greetings, I'm Debbie Palmer Thomas, a clinical social worker from Colorado. My approach to counseling is both welcoming and engaging. I uphold the values of respect, understanding, and kindness in every interaction. I firmly believe that everyone possesses inherent strengths, and with a sprinkle of hope, resilience is within reach for all. When you're prepared to make that leap, know that I stand by your side, ready to uplift and guide you.
Life transitions can be difficult and it is my pleasure to assist whether you are changing careers, expanding or downsizing in family roles or just trying to decide what's next. I am an ADHD advocate and enjoy helping clients make sense of the chaotic mind. I also love, love and work with couples experiencing relationship issues.
Hi, I'm Maurissa. Much of my background has involved work with people on the Autism spectrum and I found that they struggle with the same things that many people do, including grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, etc. My experience with people on the spectrum has helped me to provide an open perspective to work with those struggling with emotional regulation and different ways of thinking.
I am a Brazilian immigrant proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. I am certified in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy through the Chicago Center of Psychoanalysis, and I have been offering psychotherapy services for adolescents, adults, families, and couples from diverse ethnical and racial backgrounds. My work honors all those who are experiencing psychological suffering and want to learn and express their emotions and behaviors in more adaptive and healthy ways.
Clients should know that I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding their unique experiences. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and free from judgment.
My work is also shaped by personal experience with depression and anxiety, which has given me a deeper appreciation for the courage it takes to seek help and confront difficult emotions. Because of this, I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood.
I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we work to build insight, develop practical tools, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Hello, I’m Shelia Ransom Jenkins, MSW, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges.
