Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns. I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy, blending clinical expertise with real-world understanding of the pressures people face in both their personal and professional lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in adults coping with various mental health disorders including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dementia, and Schizophrenia. . I serve clients who are coping with symptoms related to various diagnoses that are often exacerbated by life transitions (i.e., aging, divorce, empty nest, retirement, family dynamics, and health challenges). Many of my clients have found themselves unexpectedly in the role of a caregiver to loved ones coping with chronic health conditions. This adjustment can be both emotionally draining and overwhelming. My goal is to help the individual navigate through these challenges through reflection, learning coping strategies and building or strengthening support networks that will assist in coping with life’s challenges.
