I have years of experience working with youth, adults and families during times of heightened crisis and uncertainty. Specializing in stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma .
While supporting a diverse population of clients throughout the years, it has become clear that there is a strong need to nurture our mental health. For centuries the medical industry has focused largely on physiological concerns. Within recent years, we have come to pay closer attention to the relationship between our physical and emotional well-being.
My focus is on quality of life. My work has largely been with older adults and their family members, but I work with adults of all ages. I have a Master's degree in expressive arts therapy and nearly 40 years of clinical counseling experience.
I am a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY, MA, NJ, NH, RI, KS, UT, WI, IN, AR, and OR, with over 20 years experience in the counseling field. I have had experience assisting clients with a wide range of concerns, such as, parenting issues, family/personal relationships, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and anger management.
I specialize in perinatal care and women's health issues. I am dedicated to helping women face the challenges related to infertility, loss, and the postpartum period. I also specialize in nutrition and how that is closely related to mental health. With my unique holistic approach we can reduce negative though patterns and increase positive relationship internally and externally.
Hi! I’m Brianna, a queer Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Massachusetts passionate about providing inclusive and accessible mental health care to people of all ages through a laid-back, affirming, and collaborative approach as well as an intersectional lense, recognizing how our identities, culture, and the world around us work together to impact our mental health.
I work with individuals who have experiences with complex trauma, anxiety + depression, obsessions/compulsions, neurodivergence, and those who who are part of various minority groups. I do this mainly through the therapeutic relationship which research shows to be the biggest predictor of therapeutic growth. This means I show up to each session as my authentic self, creating a space that feels human, non-judgmental, and safe enough for you to show up as your authentic self, too.
More specific modalities I pull from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach as everybody's experience is unique. I work hard to ensure things feel right for you, not everybody else.
Ultimately, my main goal is to provide the space for you to heal, and I do that best through bringing my authentic self into the therapeutic relationship to foster varying degrees of growth.
Hi, I'm a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist who helps women with ADHD feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more confident navigating life transitions.
I'm Tiff. I work with individuals who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans adjusting to civilian life, survivors of trauma, or people seeking affirming care around gender identity and self-exploration. What they share is a desire for safety, relief, and a greater sense of ease in their body and relationships.
I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
