I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 15+ years of experience supporting adults and couples through grief, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and life transitions. I’ve worked in hospital settings, community agencies, and now private practice, where I create a space that is safe, collaborative, and empowering. I also have advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples (Level II) and use evidence-based tools to support healing and change. Clients often describe me as warm, real, and deeply present.
As a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. My commitment to paying it forward and leading with kindness drives my passion for helping others. I've worked extensively with terminally ill clients, families, adults, children, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and various other challenges.
During my training, I worked in 5 diverse school environments and trained clinically with seasoned therapists. I work with all populations, but my areas of focus are adolescents, teens, young adults and the Orthodox Jewish and Ex-Orthodox communities.
