

I have over 17 years experience working in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, transitions in life and grief. I meet clients where they are at to help them explore and process their patterns of thinking and the impact those patterns have on their daily functioning and goals.

Beth specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and symptoms related, working with teens through seniors, treating many mental health challenges and also is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and has been trained as an REBT clinician.

I am a board certifies Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Doctoral degree from Chamberlain University with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient setting. I work with teens, adults and elderly to navigate a wide range of behavioral health concerns including, depression, anxiety,OCD, PTSD,Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia and many others. I believe in establishing trust with each client where they feel heard and supported.
