Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to gain a deeper sense of fulfillment in your life. Whether you’re new to therapy or have tried many different types of treatment, I’m here to help you. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in addiction, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions and other behavioral health concerns. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes real change comes from feeling both supported and gently challenged. I'm warm and direct — I'll meet you where you are, but I won't let you stay stuck. I'm also passionate about working with first responders and law enforcement, and I bring a genuine understanding of the culture and pressures that come with those roles. Outside the office, you'll find me hiking or camping — I try to practice what I preach when it comes to finding balance.
Seeking support is a brave step—and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to process, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want.
I’m a licensed therapist in New York and Connecticut with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported as we navigate challenges together.

A Different Approach to Wellness.
I get it. As a former lawyer and teacher I understand high pressure environments. In a world that often tells people to "tough it out," finding a space to genuinely explore challenges, build resilience, and discover purpose can feel essential. My practice is dedicated to providing that space. As a therapist specializing in working with people in high stress environments, I help you navigate the complexities of modern life, career pressures, relationships, and the search for authentic meaning. My work is not about dwelling on the past, but about focusing on the future you want to create.
My approach is built on a foundation of forward-thinking, empowering modalities.
I have more than a decade of experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, trauma/PTSD, and relational problems. I am certified in EMDR. I also offer ADHD and autism assessments.
I am approachable and I like to provide a safe space.
