I have been in practice for over 30 years and work primarily with adults struggling with a variety of life issues. Relationships, career, divorce, stress management, anxiety and depression are some of the things that bring my clients into therapy. Amanda Osman completed her training in mental health counseling at Holliswood Hospital and at the New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center. Her experience includes working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Amanda works with adolescents 14 years old and up, adults, and families to help them find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their coping skills. Amanda can help you reduce anxious/depressed symptoms, help you find yourself and process negative emotions that are keeping you feeling trapped.
