Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Dakota, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Policy. My professional experience includes working with a wide range of populations, including young children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both school and community settings.
Throughout my career, I have helped clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and substance use issues. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and developing practical strategies for positive change.
I believe therapy works best when it is goal-oriented, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that help people build resilience and improve their overall well-being.

Your mind and body are speaking—are you listening? As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in high-stakes intensive care, I understand what many overlook: mental and physical health are inseparable.
In critical care, I saw how stress, trauma, and anxiety manifest in the body—tight chests, sleepless nights, unexplained pain. And when the pandemic hit, I witnessed the silent emotional suffering of patients, families, and healthcare workers alike. That moment changed everything.
I chose psychiatry because healing your mind is just as vital as healing your body. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like no one sees what you’re carrying—you don’t have to hold it alone. I’m here to help you reconnect, restore, and rise.
