Welcome to my practice. I’m a Master of Social Work clinician with a degree from Walla Walla University (2016), and I’ve been providing mental health counseling ever since. My work has primarily focused on supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress related to major life changes. I entered this field to meet people where they are emotionally and to support them in reaching their personal goals.
About Me
I'm not your typical psychotherapist, and everyone I've had the honor to work with on their life's journey can attest to this. Born, raised and forged in the "Steel City" and sharpened in the "City of Brotherly Love", the term "Alchemist" more accurately describes who I am. I specialize in alchemizing pain into purpose and trauma into triumph. If you're ready to transform your life, I'm your guy!
Are you finding you are not as happy as you should be? Are there negative thoughts that intrude in your daily life? I am here to help you figure out what you need to do to be your best self. Everyone can use an objective voice to help them work out what is going on in their life. I have the experience that helps me understand and empathize with clients’ situations and so can offer real world help. I believe you to be an active participant in therapy, I am here to help you find your own path.
Hi I am Nora, a therapist with over a decade of experience serving teens to mature adults. I help people pick up the pieces after something terrible has happened in their life. My specialty is trauma and things adjacent to trauma like grief, anxiety and depression. The most common transitions I help clients work through include; break up/divorce, medical issues, civilian life, parenthood, retirement, family changes, loss of loved one, career changes, abuse, or past traumas.
If anxiety, OCD, or grief are keeping you from feeling like yourself, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are ready for things to feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable. My style is straightforward but supportive—I’ll listen closely, ask the right questions, and share practical tools that fit your life. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels doable and helps you feel grounded, confident, and more in control of your days.
Hi! I'm Tia, and I'd love to help you achieve your goals!
I have over a decade of experience working with children and adults in various treatment settings (school, home-based, prison, and in outpatient clinics, etc). I also specialize in treating problematic sexual behaviors, impulse control issues, anti-social personality traits, and violent behaviors.
I believe everyone has the opportunity to change, and I'd love to help you throughout your journey!
I began my company, "Color of Change: Healing and Hope Counseling," because let's face it, today, the world is moving at a rapid pace, often leaving individuals spinning with less time to breathe or practice self-care and self-reflection, or addressing their personal, family, marital, and spiritual needs. You can be provided with direction and clarity to slow life's experiences, allowing you to focus on your individual needs and those within your support system or sphere of influence. The world is unrecognizable and unsettling to many, and adjusting has become challenging to navigate and adapt to the fast, complicated, and radical internal and external changes. The role of a therapist is to help you find yourself and your strengths amid life's emotional, psychological, relational, spiritual, and physical challenges. As you partner with your therapist, you embark on a path to thrive in the face of changes and difficulties.
Therefore, this therapist/clinician (Dr. Myria) needs to meet all clients where they are. Dr. Myria works intensely to provide a safe place where clients can openly share and speak the truth. Each person deserves support in navigating personal and environmental stressors. She strives to create a non-judgmental and non-critical atmosphere, enabling individuals, families, couples, and groups at various stages of growth and healing to relate to and receive services effectively.
I earned my MSW from Rutgers University after changing from Engineering to Psychology during my undergraduate years. I primarily focus on trauma work but have a wide-ranging skillset and have worked with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, identity issues, relationship and communication issues, and more. I have worked with a variable population, of multiple genders, sexual orientations, races, and cultures; I am also LGBTQIA+, ENM, and kink affirming/supportive.
What is your approach to therapy?
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership tailored to your unique story. My style is warm, holistic, and integrative. Because I am trained in both Clinical Social Work and Christian Theology (Masters of Divinity), I view health through a wide lens—considering not just your thoughts and behaviors, but also your values, your community, and the physical way your body carries stress.
My goal is to help you move from a place of "just getting by" to a place where you feel grounded, resilient, and authentically yourself.
Hey, I am Stephanie. I've been a therapist for over 13 years. I received my masters degree in counseling from Villanova University and have been on a journey of partnering with others to grow and live their best lives ever since. How can I help you? Let's find out together.
