Therapy that gets you. Healing that grows you.
Hi, I’m Larneka — a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who believes healing begins when you feel seen, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, authentic, and empowering.
I help adults navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I’m passionate about serving BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and underserved communities by providing therapy that honors each person’s identity and lived experience.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and not rushed. I offer a calm, supportive space to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and develop practical tools for moving forward.
I work collaboratively and at your pace, whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or past experiences. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—I’ll walk alongside you as you build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
My goal and focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this in a partnership together to facilitate positive change and realize your true potential for growth and happiness.
We will work together to identify problem area's you would like to address and establish treatment goals in a safe environment to help the you the client realize your own growth potential and make positive change in a supportive counseling setting.
I consider the power of connection to ourselves and others a key component to fulfillment and stability in life. As humans, we just aren’t designed to go through challenges alone.
So whether you want to overcome anxiety or depression, are struggling with trauma from the past, or dealing with relationship issues, seeking therapy is a courageous decision to create a secure and supportive space to explore what’s going on in your heart and head and begin healing.
