Hello there! I am an upbeat, straight forward therapist who seeks to find solutions WITH you. You are the driver of the ship, I am along to guide the way. I move at a moderate pace but am intuitive to the client's needs and adjust my pace based on the clients needs. I don't beat around the bush. Your time is important and I want to help you get where you're going. My job is to work myself out of job. This means a fabulous YOU.Let's journey together, I'd love to help. www.goseelisa.com.
I've been working with individuals and families for about 3 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, and I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I have a good understanding of neurodivergent needs in both adolescents and adults, and I’ve also helped people manage mood disorders, anxiety, and self-harm. As a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, I bring my personal experience and insights to my work with queer clients.
If you're navigating challenges such as cultural trauma, anxiety, depression, career transitions, or other complex life experiences, you don’t have to face them alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, career counselor, certified child-centered play therapist, and certified child-parent relationship therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I have worked with adults, teens, and children and bring experience from private practice, schools, and community organizations. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood as you explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change.
I come from a systems and person-centered background, with a masters degree in Social Work. I am fully credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and use a relational approach to meet my clients where they are at.
I am laid back, and make you feel like you are talking more to a friend than a therapist. My current clients love this.
