I'm Amy and I live in the Austin Metro Area. My background is primarily in Autism/Developmental Disabilities, Chronic Health Issues, Caregiver Support, Anxiety and Depression.
Ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of your worries on your shoulders? You don't have to bear it alone. Hi, I’m Megan Rodriguez, MS, LPC, NCC—and I’m honored you’ve found your way here. As the founder of Path to Joy Counseling, LLC, I offer a compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can rediscover connection and healing. My goal is to walk with you through the challenges that weigh heavy on your heart and help you move toward a more fulfilling, joyful life.
Relationships are at the core of our human experience, and they often shape the pain and resilience we carry. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, conflict, communication struggles, emotional distance, or deep wounds from past relationships, I specialize in helping you understand the dynamics at play and guiding you toward meaningful change. My counseling approach is emotionally-focused and person-centered—blending clinical insight with empathy and respect for your journey. I also practice Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address the root of trauma to help you move past it when you feel stuck.
As a Christian counselor, I also honor the role faith may play in healing. When your spiritual beliefs are important to you, they can become a source of strength, clarity, and restoration in our work together. I integrate evidence-based practices with the values that matter most to you —spiritual or otherwise — creating space for growth that's not only psychological, but deeply personal and rooted in hope.
It is my belief that as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace and contentment in their lives. Some of my clients need only a few sessions to achieve these goals, others may require months or even years to put their puzzle pieces together. As a client, you are in complete control, and you may end your relationship with me at any point. I am actively licensed in the State of Texas as a LMFT; LPC; and LCDC.
What is your approach to therapy? For therapy to be most successful, it is important for you to take an active role. This means working on the things you and I talk about, both during and between sessions. Generally, the more you are willing to invest the greater the return. It is my intention to empower you in your growth process to the degree that you can face life’s challenges in the future without me. I do not believe in creating dependency or prolonging therapy if the therapeutic intervention does not seem to be helping.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?As a clinician, I have experience providing person-centered recovery plans; rehabilitation skills training; case management; and crisis intervention services, to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health concerns. I am qualified to offer a wide array of counseling services in the areas of Individual Family; Couples; and Chemical Dependency. Counseling services to address a wide range of mental health and relationship issues that impact a person’s emotional health and wellbeing.
My name is Jenifer Rogers, my distinctive background with diverse cultures allow me to connect with clients on a personal level. My blindness adds a unique perspective to the therapeutic process and understanding of the need for understanding and inclusion to the individual. Having an open mind also adds depth to my therapeutic approach.
Hi, I’m Olivia! Counseling has played a big role in my life and has helped me through some really difficult times. After a career in teaching, I found another way of helping others in this second career as a counselor. I enjoy connecting with people and walking through their journey with them as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
I'm a warm, inquisitive, and compassionate therapist here to meet you where you are. I use my education and training as well as my experiences to inform my practice and create a comfortable space for us to explore your thoughts and emotions.
