Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I’m Robin Daughenbaugh, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults from all walks of life, helping them navigate the challenges that life can bring.
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, childhood trauma, homelessness, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. If you're facing challenges that feel difficult to manage on your own, I'm here to help you navigate them with support and care.
I'm a licensed psychologist who works with clients dealing with anxiety, stress, and adjustment. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care. I hold advanced degrees in psychology and have years of experience helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to understand yourself more deeply, I’m here to help you move forward with insight and intention.
Please note: I do not provide evaluations or documentation for disability claims, workplace or school leave, FMLA, or similar time-off requests. My services focus on diagnostic clarity, symptom reduction through psychotherapy, treatment planning, and personal development. I am honored that you would seek to learn more about me and my practice. I have experience supporting clients with life's transitional stages including perinatal journeys and fertility challenges, grief and loss, identity exploration, relationship dynamic, and healing from complex trauma. I have also worked with clients who feel stuck and stagnant to embrace a sense of self-compassion and center what matters most to them.
Most suffering is a result of the ways we police ourselves, doubt ourselves, and become our own oppressors. When we feel pain it’s easy to get stuck in blame at ourselves or at others. Therapy is a path that overcomes these pitfalls. It’s about feeling what you feel without get lost in it, it’s about nurturing yourself back to strength, it’s about staying grounded in who you are and in creatively pursuing what you want. Sometimes there are wounds, scripts, and patterns that get in the way of accomplishing this. Good therapy brings attention and compassion to these so they can be processed and let go of.
Hi, I’m Dana — a clinical social worker and certified life coach who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work at San Diego State University, where I focused on Psychiatric Social Work. Over the years, I’ve served as a Clinical Program Director in both board-and-care and case management programs, supporting individuals as they move through trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, and major life transitions toward greater independence and peace.
Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. My approach is flexible and collaborative . I believe therapy works best when we make decisions together. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including DBT, EMDR, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and ADHD/Neurodivergent Coaching, to create a plan that fits each person’s unique needs.
At the heart of my work is a strength-based and solution-focused philosophy: I help clients uncover their resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life of clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
