Hi there, I'm Crystal!
I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I use targeted evidence-based approaches to best suit my client's needs.
Before private practice, I worked with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, psychosis, severe personality disorders, addiction, and homelessness, so I am comfortable treating a wide range of issues.
Hello and welcome! I’m Chloe Lucas, LMFT, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or seeking connection, I’m here to help you uncover new pathways to healing and growth.
I’m Sarah Lucas, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Denver, Colorado, and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C). I specialize in supporting all genders experiencing prenatal and postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and the emotional challenges related to loss, infertility, and fertility treatments. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck in anxious thought patterns, or disconnected from themselves during periods of major life transition—especially pregnancy, postpartum, and family-building journeys.
My degree is in Transpersonal therapy which means considering the individual and the larger world around that person. Together, my clients and I bring attention to and create plans for how they want to create the change they're hoping for in their lives.
I am a clinical social worker/psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working in various mental healthcare settings. My post graduate training has primarily focused in the areas of trauma (developmental as well as medical) as well as perinatal mental health.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Therapy. I have worked for numerous years as a coach, therapist, and instructor for mental health centers and now private practice. I have specific training to trauma and see clients from a wide scope of backgrounds including anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, relationship issues, and life transitions and grief and loss.
