I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 14 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and am trained in trauma-informed care, EMDR, attachment-based approaches, and parts work. I also use the Enneagram as a framework for deepening self-awareness and understanding relationship patterns. My work has a holistic focus that blends mind–body integration with evidence-based counseling methods to support emotional and relational well-being.

Hello! I am a LCSW and Registered Drama Therapist (RDT). I have been in Colorado my entire life and received my bachelor's from CU Boulder and my Master's from DU. I currently live and practice in Southern Colorado. My foundation of practice is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) but I have an eclectic style, because I want to do what works for you!
I’m glad you’re here.
On my path as a therapist and healer, one thing I’m always going to stand on is this: YOU are the expert of your life. I believe healing happens when we honor your lived experience and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Do you have a stack of partially read self-help books collecting dust in the corner? Maybe you had hopes they would provide the information you were seeking to stay cool and collected through challenging times - because let’s face it, 2020 was pretty much a shitshow. It is alright to feel overwhelmed, confused, and uncertain, just know you don’t have to stay in that place. Whether you are looking for coping strategies to build resiliency through life transitions or wanting to explore deeper parts of yourself and how you relate to the world, I would be honored to walk along side you in your healing journey to find your authentic self. We can work together to create transformational change.
I wholeheartedly believe in the ability for people to make changes regardless of life circumstances. Our sessions will be filled with humor, empathy, and compassion as we focus on making progress towards your desired outcome.

With all that is going on in the world and our community right now, you’ve likely been carrying a lot for a long time. You learned how to get through overwhelming experiences, and on the outside you seem strong...but inside, you feel tired and disconnected. You might not be in crisis, but you know you’re not fully at peace, either. Maybe you want to feel grounded again, or to understand yourself more deeply, or to reconnect with the parts of you that had to go quiet in order to cope. You’re ready for a slower, steadier kind of healing, and a therapist that feels safe and honors your pace.
Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed by what life is throwing at you? Then I would like to help. I am very caring and compassionate, yet straightforward and practical in my approach. We will develop goals together, then I will use all of the skills and knowledge I have from my 30+ years of experience as a therapist and educator to work with you. I love working with military members and their families, past trauma (I am certified in EMDR,military trauma models, and sleep issues), couples, health issues, and anxiety.
I am married with grown children, stepchildren, and one grandchild. In my spare time, I love to do genealogy, spend time with family, and work out.
