I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through behavioral health and substance use challenges. My approach is grounded in trauma‐informed care, cultural sensitivity, and meeting people exactly where they are. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Monmouth University and have worked across inpatient, outpatient, community, and addiction treatment settings. My background includes detox and MAT services, crisis stabilization, care coordination, and leading interdisciplinary teams. I also serve as a clinical instructor for BSN students, which keeps me connected to education, mentorship, and the next generation of nurses.
I have a background in medical social work and experience working with adults from all walks of life. I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and past or recent trauma, including ante/postpartum experiences. I have a special interest in processing trauma through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clients can expect to become more resilient and confident in dealing with life challenges. Metaphorically “ you will evolve into a beautiful flower” and have the tools to continue to evolve and develop.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, and the emotional complexity of modern, busy lives. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and specialize in supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and family related transitions. I also have training in energy psychology, which I integrate into my work in a grounded and practical way. I focus on tools that support real life application and sustainable growth.
Embarking on our therapeutic journey together, I want to affirm a fundamental truth: "You are the expert of your life." This statement serves as a cornerstone. Your voice deserves to be heard, your story deserves to be understood, and your emotions deserve to be validated. Whether you're grappling with the daily demands of life, processing past traumas, or feeling overwhelmed by it all, my aim is to create a nurturing environment where you feel empowered to face your challenges head-on.
