I’ve spent years working as a teacher and a qualitative psychological researcher, as well as serving as a Director at a non-profit organization. Further, I’m a mom to three humans, which has deepened my understanding of life’s complexities. II’ve helped individuals of all ages navigate challenges like anxiety, identity, depression, life transitions, and trauma. My journey has allowed me to connect with people from various backgrounds, both here in the US and around the world. I believe mental health care should be affordable and fair. I take several insurances and offer a private pay option. I have a sliding scale for private pay clients, upon request.

My style is warm, active, and deeply nurturing.
