Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe that prioritizing your mental health is key to finding happiness and stability in life. I know that reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps. So, congratulations on being here!
I’m a compassionate counselor who enjoys working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll gently explore challenges, build practical coping tools, and work at a pace that feels right for you. I believe in your resilience and will partner with you as you move toward healing and greater balance.
With extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across diverse settings—including hospital inpatient programs, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), county agencies, and private practice—I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to my therapeutic approach. My professional journey has provided me with a comprehensive perspective on mental health care and the unique challenges individuals face at different stages of life.
I help overwhelmed young adults and Millennial professionals who struggle with anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. Does overthinking affect your day-to-day life or cause problems in relationships? Do you feel like you're the one that everyone comes to for help, but you have a hard time getting help for yourself? You're ambitious but you wonder if a balanced life is achievable. Now, more than ever, people are overwhelmed with juggling responsibilities, relationships, careers, and trying to find their place in life; but there is hope.
I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and am credential by The National Board of Certified Counselors. My professional background is in trauma recovery and forensic psychology, meaning I have approached trauma on from both ends of the spectrum. There is little I haven't seen or heard clinically. This allows me to remain open minded, and has given me the knowledge and experience to provide a safe, supportive space for exploration.
