I have 22 years of experience working with children, adolescence, and adults. I am passionate about the work that I do as a therapist and consider it an honor to walk through life's journey with my clients.
I received my Masters of Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022. Since then, I have been helping clients navigate through an array of issues and disorders. My main areas of expertise are Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Grief.
I rediscovered my passion for psychology and counseling during COVID and returned to school to redirect the course of my life in my 40s. Now, I specialize in helping others navigate major life transitions and learn new relationships with their emotions and mental processes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing mental health support across diverse community settings. I have had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from young children to older adults, supporting them through a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges commonly described in the DSM-5-TR. I believe deeply in the inherent resilience and healing power within every person. My role is to help individuals uncover that strength, make sense of their experiences, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I pursue this work not for financial gain, but because I truly love what I do and feel honored to walk alongside others on their healing journey.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in helping people just like you find their path to self-empowerment and well-being. I understand how these feelings can make everyday tasks feel impossible. Many of my clients come to me feeling lost or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're dealing with stress from school, work, or personal relationships, know that you are not alone. I’m here to help you navigate through these challenges.
