Hello! My name is Gabriela Rowinsky and I currently live in sunny Florida. My passion is helping people discover their true worth and define a path toward healing and fulfilment. I graduated college in 2011 with a Master's degree from Adelphi University. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan. I help people ages 16+ to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and self-doubt to create more fulfilling and empowered lives. I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I work especially well with high-functioning, responsible individuals who are used to handling things on their own but are starting to feel overwhelmed or mentally exhausted.
Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or individuals whom others depend on. Over time, the pressure can build, leading to increased stress, difficulty focusing, and a sense of being stuck.
